Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of iamtonacida.com, its public assessment features, newsletters, forms, scheduling links, text-messaging program, and other website features operated by PGW Solutions LLC under the I Am Tonacida™ brand ("I Am Tonacida," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website.

Website purpose

The website provides information about Tonacida Dixon, speaking engagements, virtual consultations, corporate seminars, personal-development content, spiritual-growth content, the assessment tool, publications, events, and related offerings. Website content is provided for general educational, informational, and inspirational purposes.

Personal development and wellness disclaimer

I Am Tonacida does not provide medical care, psychotherapy, mental-health diagnosis or treatment, crisis intervention, legal advice, financial advice, or other licensed professional services through the public website. References to mental health, emotional wounds, healing, trauma, spiritual discipline, clarity, or transformation describe personal-development and faith-informed educational work and are not a substitute for care from a qualified professional.

You remain responsible for deciding whether website content or an offering is appropriate for you. Do not disregard or delay professional care because of website content. The website and its communication channels are not emergency services. If you believe you or another person is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services. No professional or client relationship

Visiting the website, completing an assessment, downloading content, joining a mailing list, submitting an inquiry, or exchanging messages does not by itself create a therapist-patient, counselor-client, clergy- penitent, fiduciary, consulting, or other professional relationship. A paid consulting, speaking, or organizational engagement begins only after the parties complete the required booking or contracting process.

Assessment tool

The assessment tool is a guided self-reflection resource. Its questions, scores, categories, feedback, or suggested next steps are not clinical tests, diagnoses, medical opinions, or guarantees. Results may be generated from information you provide and may not account for facts, conditions, or circumstances outside the assessment. Use the results as one source of reflection and seek qualified professional support when appropriate.

Services, bookings, and separate terms

Speaking engagements, consultations, seminars, workshops, events, digital or printed products, subscriptions, and other paid offerings may be governed by a separate proposal, booking page, services agreement, invoice, checkout notice, cancellation policy, or refund policy. Those transaction-specific terms are incorporated into these Terms for the applicable transaction. If they conflict with these Terms, the transaction-specific terms control for that transaction.

Submitting an inquiry or requested date does not confirm availability or create a booking. A booking is confirmed only when we expressly confirm it and all stated requirements, including any agreement, deposit, or payment, have been completed. Fees, rescheduling, cancellations, credits, and refunds are governed by the terms disclosed for the applicable offering and by law.

No guarantee of outcomes

Personal, emotional, spiritual, leadership, organizational, and financial experiences vary. Testimonials, examples, assessments, frameworks, or descriptions of transformation are illustrative and do not guarantee any particular result. Your choices, circumstances, effort, professional support, and other factors affect outcomes.

Eligibility and acceptable use

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian, to purchase an offering, book a consultation, or enter into an agreement through the website. You may use the website only for lawful personal or legitimate business purposes. You agree not to:

The website and its writings, affirmations, assessment content, questions, scores, frameworks, graphics, photographs, videos, audio, logos, designs, downloads, trade names, and other materials are owned by PGW Solutions LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. IAmTonacida™, Seeds Series™, Shalom™, and related marks and creative works may not be used without written authorization.

We grant you a limited, revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable right to view public website content for your own lawful, noncommercial use. No other license is granted. Commercial use, training use, republication, recording, systematic downloading, or creation of competing or derivative material is prohibited unless expressly authorized in writing.

User submissions

When you submit an inquiry, assessment response, question, feedback, review, image, or other material, you represent that you have the right to provide it and that it is accurate and lawful. You authorize us to use the submission as reasonably necessary to respond, administer the requested feature or service, maintain records, improve operations, and protect our rights. We will not publish a private assessment response, private communication, testimonial, image, or personal story for promotional purposes without additional permission.

SMS terms

If you expressly consent to receive informational or non-marketing text messages from PGW Solutions LLC for I Am Tonacida, you agree to receive messages about requested inquiries, consultation scheduling, appointment reminders, assessment follow-up you requested, speaking or event logistics, service updates related to your request, and customer support.

Consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase or of submitting a non-SMS inquiry.
Message frequency varies based on your inquiry, booking, event, or service activity.
Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP to the number that sent the message to opt out. We may send one final confirmation of your opt-out.

The current SMS program is informational and non-marketing. It does not authorize cold outreach or promotional messages. Email communications

Liability relating to a paid engagement or product is governed by the applicable transaction-specific agreement. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PGW Solutions LLC, I Am Tonacida, Tonacida Dixon, and their personnel from claims, damages, liabilities, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful misuse of the website, violation of these Terms, or infringement of another person's rights.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise. A separate engagement agreement may specify a different dispute process or forum. Any dispute concerning only public website use will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Michigan unless the parties agree otherwise or applicable law requires another forum.

Changes and general provisions

We may modify the website or these Terms, or suspend access to protect security, comply with law, or address misuse. Updated Terms become effective when posted with a revised effective date. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and any applicable transaction-specific terms form the applicable agreement regarding website use.
